For groups / schools, please book (day and time of the visit, approximate number of people, name and phone number of the person in charge) at the latest 15 days before the visit, either by fax or by e-mail.

Payment cash or by credit card on the day of the visit. Cheques and vouchers are not accepted. We do not send invoice.

The entirety of the museum is accessible to people of reduced mobility.

Although we are animal lovers, the animals are not allowed to come into the museum (except guide dogs).
